I went over to the Nutrisystem site and looked at ingredient lists for several foods they sell and they were full of non-allowed ingredients (like sea salt, dairy, soy). Trader Joes Tabbouleh has no iodine BTW and it is VERY GOOD if you like Tabbouleh. Cocoa, itself, is not a banned item. NO salt.
